The first thing that came to mind when I made my New Year's resolutions for 2011 was all the weight that I gained the first semester of my freshman year of college. I know that it happens to basically everybody. I even thought that with all the walking I'd be doing around campus to classes and the library would help keep off the pounds but I'm also getting less sleep and eating lots of take out food and greasy pizza.
While I was home for the holidays, I decided to come up with a plan to eat a little healthier so that I could help shed this weight. While I was online looking up that stuff I came across the website ClearwireInternet.com and after I looked through it a little bit, I switched over my internet service at my college apartment to it.
I've heard that healthy college eating is tough, especially with dining hall food but I looked up foods that I should pick to eat healthily so I'm really going to try and stick to that.
