Laughing Your Way to Health with Dr. Leonard Coldwell

Dr. Leonard Coldwell is a remarkable man.  He has fought and beat the odds on several occasions and on many fronts throughout his fascinating life.  What is most amazing about him is his attitude.  He is a man that seems to have an inexhaustible amount of energy and vitality that is infective.  Where does he get it?  How does he do it?  And how does he manage to keep his positive attitude in whatever circumstances he faces?
He possesses a winning combination; three unbeatable traits:  Unyielding commitment, humor and jumper cable wisdom!
Dr. Coldwell has three character traits that combined, can’t be beat:  Unyielding commitment, humor and jumper cable wisdom. Let’s first focus on the “commitment” aspect of his personality.  Dr. Coldwell has the gift of unyielding, unshakable commitment.  Whether he is working on his recent publishing deadlines (6 new books in 3 months), his patients’ care (he has had remarkable success for many years in curing cancer), or the work that he does to put a stop to government interference in the treatment of medical conditions in America, he is 110% committed to that cause, and his vision is crystal clear.  In situations where others often see conditions as impossible and insurmountable, Dr. Coldwell sees openings; opportunities for growth and change.  When most would fall into a place of hopelessness and defeat, he rises to meet the challenge. It is clear why the statistics on his cancer cures far exceed those of his contemporaries!
Laughter and humor carry a strong and constant beat at the heart of who Leonard Coldwell is as well.  Looking into his history, his life was clearly not easy nor pain-free.  At the early age of 12, he was told that his mother was dying of terminal cancer.  He immediately sought the advice of any and all leading experts on the disease.  His research reached far beyond that of any typical 12-year old, and by the age of 14 he had written his first book in response to this great trial  (by the way, with his assistance his mother beat cancer.  She is now 74-years old, healthy, and full of vim and vigor!).  He has an abundance of friends and it is clear why.  He does not tolerate negativity and proclaims to love his friends, patients, and seminar attendees from the bottom of his heart.
“Life is too short to spend time on whiners, complainers and energy drainers.  If they don’t want to change, let them go.  Move on.  Focus your life on people that are worth your time and energy.”
The third and final outstanding trait that Dr. Coldwell possesses is his “jumper cable wisdom”.  “What the heck is that?” you might ask. Well, Dr. Leonard Coldwell is a brilliant healer, on top of being a successful author and motivational speaker.  When discussing the healing work he is so renowned for, Dr. Coldwell recently likened his work as a whole health facilitator to that of the work that jumper cables do on near lifeless automobiles.  Most often when ill patients arrived on Dr. Coldwell’s doorstep, they were emotionally, physically and spiritually depleted.  Like vehicles with near-dead batteries, they did not have the juice to start their engines.  He responds to their weakened state by holding the vision and the promise of total health for each and every one of them.  With that vision and his commitment to their health he energetically jump starts the healing process for them, providing them with the physical and mental “juice” to feed their depleted batteries.  Ultimately with his “jump start” initiative, they become their own self-healers.  He is that original cable, that connection to life force that can envision them healthy and whole at a point in their lives where they may not be able to do so.
I tell potential patients, “If you want to die, please leave now.  I don’t want you to mess up my healing practice!”
While this retort may sound a bit abrasive, it is actually soaked in the Coldwell sponge of love. It is filled with a love for himself (that enforces his commitment to be around others who are positive and uplifting), and a love that embodies his no-nonsense approach to health.  He insists that his first job as a healer is to convince his patients that they already have a future.  If they are unwilling to go there, then they need to make a shift; one that he is more than happy to initiate and nurse into total health if they are willing to join him.  He asserts that “life is too short for self-pity” and that we are each responsible for our own lives and our own failures and successes.
You can see why his success rate with cancer far exceeds that of other health care professionals.  He has an unyielding commitment to health and vitality.  He will not accept “no” in his life, or in the lives of his clients. So, when you see your energy depleting, you might ask yourself “Have I taken a ‘no’ from life recently?  Have I accepted mediocrity in my life in some way?”  These two questions are foundations in response to the quality of your life according to the teachings of Dr. Coldwell.  If you accept “no” or any mediocrity into your life, then you will lose.  It’s time to change your mind, and welcome new energy that raises your health, spirit and consciousness.  You are in need of a good strong dose of the “Coldwell Cure” – nature-base medicine that is uplifting, transformative, and oh so good for the soul!

Jumper Cable Wisdom

Dr. Leonard Coldwell is a brilliant healer, author and motivator.  At a recent interview he shared so many nuggets of wisdom.  One of the analogies he made was likening his job as a healing facilitator to that of an automobile jumper cable.  His patients are the “sick” auto when they first arrive at his “cancer repair” shop.  Their battery is dead.  While he has to jump start the healing process for them, providing them with the energetic “juice” to feed their dead battery, ultimately they become their own self-healers.  He is that original cable, that connection to life force that can envision them healing and whole at a point in their lives where they may not be able to.  Listed below are golden nuggets of wisdom that he shared during the interview.  Be sure to allow them to ruminate within your conscience.   Whatever the challenges you face in your life (whether illness, relationships, career or any other “teachers” that life brings your way), the following nuggets contain great wisdom and insight.
·         To create success you need to be able to laugh at yourself.
·         Life is too short for self-pity.
·         It’s important for people to understand that life just happens.  What matters is not what has happened to you in your life, but what you do with it.
·         Life is too short to spend time on whiners, complainers, and energy drainers. Only focus your life on people that are worth your time and energy.
·         The first element in the work of a healer is to convince the patient that they already have a future.
·         If you are healthy and eat 70% “healthy” food, then the 30% “wrong” food you eat will not harm you.
·         The fearful view of cancer as a huge monster is artificially created.  We are all born with cancer and our immune system gets rid of the cancer cells when it is balanced and healthy.  You need healthy raw food, 1 gallon of healthy water, and re-generation breaks each day in order to remain healthy and fight those cells that naturally occur several times through our lives.
·         Logic and rational thinking have nothing to do with life.  Life is not logical; the next 20-years of your life are unpredictable.
·         We are born with a perfect instinct, and that provides us with the answers.
·         When you overeat you are eating with your eyes and your rational mind (as opposed to your instincts). They tell you to eat all that is on the plate.  Your instincts know what to eat and how much.  When you listen to them, you stop when you are full.
·         You can only create success when the opportunity arises; you need to act on it then.  You cannot say, “Come back in one or two years”.
·         If one has cancer or illness within his or her body, he or she needs to find out why they got cancer and eliminate the root cause of their lack of energy.
·         There is no such thing as “mind over matter”.   It’s about “decision”.  If you make the right decision, you don’t burn your feet when walking on coals.  For example, if you make a true decision that you would never ever eat refined sugar again, you won’t.
