The States Can Stop Obama by Sheriff Richard Mack (Ret.)

By now we have all heard the clichés and seen the posters from the "Tea Parties" espousing freedom, less government, and perhaps most of all, how the federal government had better back off trying to shove their national healthcare down our otherwise healthy throats. The truth of the matter is all the slogans of "Don't Tread On Me" or "Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death" or "We're Mad As Hell And We're Not Taking It Anymore," don't mean a thing when compared to reality; the real and actual answer to all the protests, marches, and outrage. The answer is in our own backyards! The States can stop every bit of it! That's right, the individual States can stop "Obamacare" and all other forms of out-of-control federal government mandates and "big brother" tactics. If Arizona, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Texas, etc. want nothing to do with National Healthcare as proposed by Barack Obama or Congress, then all they have to do is say "No!"

For you skeptics who think the States could no more do this than fly to the moon, let's look at the law. First, the U.S. Constitution is the ultimate and supreme law of the land. More specifically, the Bill of Rights was established, because some of our Founding Fathers, feared that the Constitution did not go far enough in restricting or limiting the central government. Hamilton was one of a select few who wanted a bigger and powerful federal government. However, several key states and powerful delegates such as Patrick Henry, said they would not support the formation of a new government if the Constitution did not contain a Bill of Rights, a supreme law to establish basic and fundamental human rights that could never, for all future American generations, be violated, altered or encroached upon by government. So the Framers of our Constitution came up with ten; ten God-given freedoms that would forever be held inviolable by our own governments.

The last of these basic foundational principles were the one to protect the power, sovereignty, and the autonomy of the States; the Tenth Amendment. This amendment and law underscores the entire purpose of the Constitution to limit government and forbids the federal government from becoming more powerful than the "creator." Let's be very clear here; the States in this case were the creator. They formed the federal government, not the other way around. Does anyone believe rationally that the States intended to form a new central government to control and command the States at will? Nothing could be further from the truth. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution details what duties the federal government will be responsible for under our new system of "balanced power." Anything not mentioned in Article 1, Sec. 8, is "reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." (Tenth Amendment) Hence, the federal government was not allowed creativity or carte blanche to expand or assume power wherever and whenever they felt like it. The feds had only discrete and enumerated and very limited powers. Omnipotency was the last thing the Founding Fathers intended to award the newly formed federal government. They had just fought the Revolutionary War to stop such from Britain and their main concern was to prevent a recurrence here in America.

In perhaps the most recent and powerful Tenth Amendment decision in modern history, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in Mack/Printz v U.S. that "States are not subject to federal direction." But today's federal Tories argue that the "supremacy clause" of the U.S. Constitution says that the federal government is supreme and thus, trumps the States in all matters. Wrong! The supremacy clause is dealt with in Mack/Printz, in which the Supreme Court stated once and for all that the only thing "supreme" is the constitution itself. Our constitutional system of checks and balances certainly did not make the federal government king over the states, counties, and cities. Justice Scalia opined for the majority in Mack/Printz, that "Our citizens would have two political capacities, one state and one federal, each protected from incursion by the other." So yes, it is the duty of the State to stop the Obamacare "incursion." To emphasize this principle Scalia quotes James Madison, "The local or municipal authorities form distinct and independent portions of the Supremacy, no more subject within their respective spheres, to the general authority than the general authority is subject to them, within its own sphere." The point to remember here is; where do we define the "sphere" of the federal government? That's right; in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution and anything not found within this section belongs to the States or to the People. So where does health care belong? The last place it belongs is the President or Congress. It is NOT their responsibility and the States need to make sure that Obama does not overstep his authority.

Just in case there is any doubt as to what the Supreme Court meant, let's take one more look at Mack/Printz. "This separation of the two spheres is one of the Constitution's structural protections of liberty. Hence, a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other..." What? The Constitution, the supreme law of the land, has as a "structural protection of liberty" that States will keep the federal government in check? No wonder it was called a system of "checks and balances." The States (and Counties) are to maintain the balance of power by keeping the feds within their proper sphere.

So do the States have to take the bullying of the federal government? Not hardly! The States do not have to take or support or pay for Obamacare or anything else from Washington DC. The States are not subject to federal direction. They are sovereign and "The Constitution protects us from our own best intentions." (Mack/Printz) Which means the States can tell national healthcare proposals or laws to take a flying leap off the Washington monument. We are not subject to federal direction!

In the final order pursuant to the Mack/Printz ruling Scalia warned, "The federal government may neither, issue directives requiring the States to address particular problems, nor command the States' officers, or those of their political subdivisions, to administer or enforce a federal regulatory program. Such commands are fundamentally incompatible with our constitutional system of dual sovereignty." It is rather obvious that nationalized healthcare definitely qualifies as a "federal regulatory program."

Thus, the marching on Washington and pleas and protests to our DC politicians is misdirected. Such actions are "pie in the sky" dreaming that somehow expects, the tyrants who created the tyranny, will miraculously put a stop to it. Throughout the history of the world such has never been the case. Tyrants have never stopped their own corrupt ways. However, in our system of "dual sovereignty," the States can do it. If we are to take back America and keep this process peaceful, then state and local officials will have to step up to the plate. Doing so is what States' Rights and State Sovereignty are all about.

A friend of hers works for a pharmaceutical company in Vienna and told her that the swine flu injection needles indeed contain nano particles in their very tip, which cannot be detected with the naked eye but are clearly visible with as little as a 12 times magnifying microscope like children’s toy microscopes. The staff of the pharmaceutical company was advised that these nano particles work in the human body like a motherboard in the computer and lots of data can be stored on it, which will make cash cards obsolete. This measure was also intended to do an accurate census and to protect babies, as many mothers would simply "discard" their newborn, without knowledge of the authorities.

This lady further disclosed that she was working in the medical field. She had asked a lawyer who came to her as a patient, how it was possible to avoid being chipped. He told her that he was aware of the planned chipping of the population; in fact most upper class members of society were aware of this plan. For this year no forced vaccinations were planned but to rather encourage people through the media to volunteer for the jab.

In case too few would come forward, forced vaccination was planned for next year. Exempt from those were certain professional groups like the police, medical personal, politicians etc. Being a lawyer, he knew ways for himself to avoid the jab, but for the majority of the population there was no escape.

Hamer: Within a few days our worst fears were indeed superseded by this cruel reality.

Pilhar: Geerd, are you talking about the $1000 fine and 30 day arrest threats for refusal to take the vaccination in the US?

Hamer: Yes, but the objectors (death chip opposers are traitors) are not going to be put into normal prisons but in especially prepared concentration camps of which hundreds have been prepared all over the country. And you can leave those only by getting chipped. And once you are outside it is open season through the death chip. By chance these people are then going to drop dead like flies after their release.

Pilhar: Are you talking about the beginning of the great population cull?

Hamer: It can only mean that. Otherwise it does not make any sense to get the military and the police involved, threaten with such draconian penalties, all just to get the people to participate in a simple seasonal flu shot campaign. It just does not make any other sense. Apart from the fact that there cannot even be a vaccination like that. You vaccinate in October (northern autumn) for the next summer. That is totally laughable. With Tamiflu you can maybe suppress typical healing phase symptoms for 2-3 weeks and even that is totally brainless in the light of GNM.

Pilhar: It is noteworthy that in the US there are literally many 500,000 plasticcoffins stock piled. What for? And apart from that the population has been systematically stripped of weapons and protective dogs.

Hamer: You can best understand what the intent is by what is NOT talked about. One may talk about the vaccination, but nobody mentions the chip implanting by name. That is really strange because the chipping is the obvious issue in the face of these massive governmental measures. And that the Hitachi chip works and can be combined with the death chip we already talked about during the last interview.

The same can be seen in how my GNM (German New Medicine) fared. For 28 years one was only allowed to discuss Hamer, the "Unperson", but not whether GNM actually works and whether its claims are repeatable, and can be proven to work, in spite of 30 verified published results. The same applies to Tamuflu! There are endless discussions about Tamiflu causing harm but none about the chip. Of course Tamiflu is harmful, it is a poison. It is also very damaging in the healing process or in the vagotonic phase of a pregnancy (last trimester). But the death chip adds a whole new dimension. That this death chip is going to be used without concern can be seen in the fact that chemo and morphine have been used without concern in spite of final mortality rates of 98%, while 98% could have survived with GNM. Imagine the unscrupulousness of all oncologists, as they are fully aware that GNM adds up from a scientific perspective and works

Pilhar: It is also very strange that the Americans have created this Marshall Law, under which critics can be easily removed by the thousands and millions. And once you have chipped the people they cannot run away from you anymore.

Hamer: It is obvious that this chip battle has been under preparation for many years. The idiotic swine flu, that does not even really exist, was actually the wrong tool: 3 dead pigs and one child, dead from who knows what, with that they lied and constructed a worldwide pandemic into existence. But it goes to show what a well organised world press is able to achieve: They can turn a mole hill into a mountain.

Pilhar: It started with the AIDS lie, then followed the BSE lie. After the 9/11 lie followed the Anthrax lie. Then it was the Bird Flu lie, now it is the Swine Flu lie. Next year we’ll have the Mice Flu lie. It all points to the "Endloesung", the final solution. When everybody has a chip then that will constitute the complete slavery, then everybody can be manipulated and assassinated arbitrarily.

Hamer: First they jump on the babies and the pregnant women. They are first to be treated with chips and Tamiflu. Many of the pregnant women in their last trimester are going to lose their babies, because Tamiflu is totally toxic. But also the women themselves can die, as their bodies are vagotonic during the last trimester. It is a known fact that during vagotonia one flu shot or one morphine injection can be deadly.

In the meantime there seems to be some panic in the US. Where in the world can you flee to, people are asking themselves, where will you not be forcibly injected with the death chip and have one free moment away from your enemies?

One has to consider realistically what it would be like to carry this death chip and know that any day you can simply be switched off by the Centre in Tel Aviv. You are completely defenceless against that and complaining won’t do you any good: "If I only had known..." Therefore it is really important for the ruling class to keep the people in the dark about it as long as possible.

Once the slaves have the death chip implanted they are allowed to know about it. Then they will be like trained poodles. Nobody will dare to speak up. It will be like among the Masonic brethren. Everybody knows that the moment he utters a word of dissent, he will be served poison in the coffee by the always Jewish Grand Master and won’t survive another day. The whole world is going to be a concentration camp full of slaves, except for the members of one religious group. To have the death chip implanted is the potential personal death sentence at any given time.

How naive do you have to be to demand of Mossad and the CIA to disclose what their real intentions are, "to table the facts"? The mouse never believes the cat will come.

In a company with several hundred staff, which produces, or better fills the injection needles for the chip vaccination, it will only need one or two "reliable" people to insert the chip at the end. Then all the other workers can confirm that they knew nothing. This is called "quality control" and "final check" and appears completely normal.

Strange is too that every single chip vaccination needle has its own individual code number, which is added to the ID number. Why else would the silly "summer flu shot" needle have its own individual number and why should the passport accompany the supposed flu vaccination? And why do the Americans not want to let anybody into the country who does not have a chip?

Pilhar: The "Club of Rome" declared in the 70s in one of their publications (possibly in Mankind at the Turning Point ) in effect that either the birth rate would have to be reduced or the death rate increased. The Max Planck Institute believes that the world population must be reduced to 2 billion people. In the US there is the so called "American Stonehenge", a message engraved in 100 ton granite blocks, that the world population has to be reduced to 500 million people, to reach an "Era of Reason".

When you look at the supposed issue of "overpopulation" it is interesting to note that apparently the State of Texas alone could feed all 6 billion people. If one piled those 6 billion bodies with an average weight of 80kg and a volume of 80 liters on top and side by side of each other in a cube shape, the sides of this cube would be only 800 meters long. In Austria we could hide such a cube in the next valley.

I don’t believe in the so called "overpopulation" but rather suppose that the globalisation fanatics don’t need 6 billion work slaves and therefore want to reduce the population to one tenth.

Hamer: Helmut, you were right when you said during our last interview on 13 August 2009: "Once they have accomplished that, they have won." Therefore the German New Medicine had to be suppressed, because if this awareness and knowledge had been common place they could not have done it. "Lewwer duad üs Slaav!" Rather dead than slave! A Little History About Gun Control

After reading the following historical facts, read the part about Switzerland twice.

A LITTLE GUN HISTORY

In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control.. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their own Government, a program costing Australia's taxpayers more than $500 million dollars. The first year results are now in:

Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 percent.

Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 percent.

Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!

In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns!

While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the past 12 months, since criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.

There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the ELDERLY. Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort, and expense was expended in successfully ridding Australian society of guns. The Australian experience and the other historical facts above prove it.

You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens

Take note my fellow Americans, before it's too late!

The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.

With guns, we are 'citizens.'

Without them, we are 'subjects'.

During WWII the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

If you value your freedom, please spread this anti-gun control message to all of your friends.

The purpose of fighting is to win. There is no possible victory in defense. The sword is more important than the shield, and skill is more important than either. The final weapon is the brain. All else is supplemental.

Theta waves are calm states in which intellectual activity at the conscious level isn’t occurring. Children and adults with ADHD produce excessive theta waves.

Intuitive intelligence operates on gestalts or whole pieces of information and functions from our memory, not logic. Intuitive ability is finally recognized as the fuel behind innovation, creative thinking, inspiration and psychic experiences.

Let’s clarify terms:

§ Intuitive intelligence – a system of processing information from a gestalt that arrives spontaneously, beyond intellectually known information or evident thought. Every human has an intuitive processing system. Like any intelligence, different people will have varying degrees of strength.
§ Intuition - a talent or ability to grasp or understand spontaneous perception, feeling or information. This talent would be a strength of the intuitive intelligence range.
We are discussing children whose intuitive intelligence manifests in different ways along a continuum of normal skills to gifted talents:
§ Children who learn through feelings and process information kinesthetically. (Intuitive learning mode)
§ Children who are creative and artistic and intuition drives their motivation. (Artistic drive for exploring and creating)
§ Children whose intuitive intelligence is like a radar reading other people and understanding them. (Empathy and interpersonal skills)
§ Children who have intuitive episodes like dreams or a flash of creative insight. (Deep insight, precognition)
§ Children who are psychic. (Awareness of non-physical worlds through all senses or a specific sense.)

Intuition is the common denominator of these talents and, all children have the same intuitive capacities. Like musical prodigies and math geniuses, children display their talents differently.

Intuitive children with highly tuned sensory perceptions display their gifts in what our cultures might think are unconventional ways. For example, how many parents are ready to believe that their children see ghosts or who, at a young age, have an entrepreneurial idea that could be successful?

Education, parenting and psychology professionals recognize that children have multiple intelligences, and intuitive intelligence is the new kid on the block. All intelligences exist on a continuum of normal to gifted. There are math prodigies, musical geniuses and intuitive psychics. The traits for intuitive intelligence cluster into several groups:
§ Creative and inspired artists,
§ Sensitive and empathic feelers, and
§ Talents involving inner psychic awareness,
§ Spiritual intuitives

Creative, inspired artist

John always remembers hearing music in his head. This music playing was his “normal.” He constantly hummed, which irritated his teachers and classmates. From the time John was seven-years-old, he experienced interruptions in his musical pursuits. His parents divorced when he was seven. At age eight, he pulled his drowning younger sister from the pool in his back yard. How she went over the fence surrounding the pool was never uncovered. At age nine, he developed food allergies, which left his mind fuzzy, schoolwork difficult and his body fatigued. Yet, John’s intuition continued to be curious about this music. In his tough times, he turned to his creativity.

He learned to read music. His mother taught him the basics of the piano, and then John went on to learn the guitar. By age eleven, he was playing the music her heard in his head when he wasn’t in school. Music absorbed his attention and poured from his soul. When others worried about his social skills and his lack of other interests, he stuck to his creativity. As a college graduate, John took menial jobs and played in a band until he was discovered and offered a recording contract. He is now an internationally known musician.

Empathic feeler

Eleven-year-old Laurie was sprawled across her bed and crying silently. She had just finished reading the book, The Yearling by Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings. The story portrayed the life of a boy named Jody Baxter, a solitary soul who developed a friendship with a deer. Her dad sat on the corner of her bed, ready to listen. Laurie discussed her sadness from the book, which reminded her of a classmate who was sad because his brother, a Marine, had died recently in the Middle East. Then there was her best friend whose parents were getting a divorce.
“I feel it all here, Dad.” Laurie pressed her heart like she was holding her emotions inside. One drop of sadness turned into a steady stream of tears that formed a puddle. Such are moments in the world of empathic children.

Spiritual psychic

Maria’s story tells how her spiritual gift gave her a sense of trust during her grandfather’s death.
Maria thoroughly enjoyed spending summers with her grandparents at their ranch. Her grandfather taught her all about horses, and she was an accomplished rider at the age of eleven when she visited during a hot summer season in dry West Texas.

Maria first noticed that her grandfather’s skin was dotted with crusty open sores around his throat and chin. When she asked what happened, she noticed that his eyes turned downward as he said that he cut himself shaving. All her grandfather’s signals said he wasn’t telling her the truth. Something else was going on and she was curious.

At dinner, she gazed across the table at him when he wasn’t looking. As was her habit when watching people’s energy, she let her perception soften, and she noticed a tall, whitish figure behind her grandfather. She knew this was an angel, and she figured her grandfather would die soon. Whenever she saw angels around people, it was to help them die; at least this had been true for Maria, based on her personal experiences.

Maria was a brave, young woman that summer, as she never asked her grandfather about the sores on his neck again. She heard the family whispers about how painful lung cancer was. When school started, Maria chose to stay at the ranch, sitting next to her grandfather’s bed, and watching and waiting with his angels. When her grandfather died, Maria was sad, but didn’t feel such a painful loss as other family members, as she could see him with the angels.

Maria showed the intuitive traits of deeper understanding of a bigger picture and clairvoyance or ability to see into the nonphysical. She felt the love and compassion from this reflection.

An Intuitive Continuum

This book clarifies that intuitive intelligence, like other intelligences, is a continuum of skills. Skills range from an ability to feel a friend’s downer energy to the heightened intuitive, who displays a psychic ability like clairvoyance. A child who takes music lessons and has a good ear for music is far different from a musical prodigy even though both demonstrate musical intelligence. A smart high schooler, who does algebraic equations in his head, has mathematical intelligence, same as a fifteen-year-old who ponders quantum physics as a freshman at MIT.

They exist on the same intelligence continuum, but show different aptitudes.

The confusion around intuition being a valid intelligence persisted because of how different groups use the words like intuition, psychic and spiritual gifts synonymously. The origin of the word intuition from Middle English denotes spiritual insight or spiritual communication and may evoke images of ghostly séances. The term psyche means of the soul, so psychic refers to people being in touch with the non-physical, what we think of as the spiritual world. People still confuse the terms today, and so we suggest using the inclusive phrase, “intuitive intelligence.” Our support for children’s talents has to provide them a resilient foundation against those who don’t understand.
